The Popular Show Campaign 4 Reveals the Soldiers Group

Ever since the premiere of Campaign 4, fresh DM Brennan Lee Mulligan has kept fans guessing with rich lore, a wide array of characters, and a thrilling plot showcasing angels, fiends, and sinister influences growing in power within the urban setting.

Warning: Key plot points for the latest installment of the new season follow below.

The Warrior Group Introduced

Episode 3 ended with a huge suspense moment and revealed the initial group of characters who will split off from the main group to undertake their separate journey, distinct from the additional parties.

The Soldiers table features Teor Pridesire (played by the voice actor), Thimble (Laura Bailey), the fierce warrior (Whitney), the cleric (Sam Riegel), and Kattigan (Robbie).

The Reason for Division

Considering an extensive roster, it was evident from the outset that keeping everyone at one table would be impossible.

This explains, the initial installments of the new season serve as an Overture, connecting the characters’ stories before branching into three smaller tables: Soldiers, Schemers, and Explorers.

Characteristics of the Soldiers Table

According to Brennan Lee Mulligan, the Soldiers table is for players who are drawn to a classically intense battle-oriented gameplay experience where non-violent answers are scarce.

At first glance, figures such as the hesitant healer Wicander might seem unsuited, but the actions of the latest installment make it clear why these particular heroes are best suited for the Soldiers table.

Reasons to Leave

For one thing, the team has a clear idea where to proceed after a intense initial meeting with the antagonists.

An old friend of the deceased character—whose death kicked off the narrative’s action—used the enemy for his own means, entering the secret base, assaulting Thimble, and swiping all the enchanted items to dispose of.

The antagonist then settled his liabilities and fled to a fortified location in Gormalay, Timmony, north of the city, with Cyd close behind.

Individual Reasons

Additionally, each character has a personal reason to exit the metropolitan area:

  • Thimble, as the close ally and closest confidant, seeks vengeance.
  • Kattigan knows Timmony and warns that it is a nasty environment.
  • The warrior and The healer, having resisted his relatives’ demands to eliminate the target and instead saved him, have no other options.
  • Yet, their status as key figures in the powerful family could help the party enter areas they normally couldn’t.
  • Moreover, The grateful character pledged a eternal obligation to The savior for his salvation and will now go with him everywhere.

Wanted and Hunted

Finally, all of them are sought by the rulers that control the setting for a range of causes, making remaining behind too risky:

  • The rogue and The character are recognized lawbreakers.
  • Tyranny and Wicander defied the influential house and the horde of evil beings they are aligned with.
  • Teor is wanted dead by House Halovar.

This results in them no alternative but to journey toward the northern region in quest for the traitor.

Upcoming Developments

Based on the recent installment’s Cooldown, we find out that the combat party won’t be around next week, leaving the rest of the participants to round up the Questers and Planners tables.

Audiences can look forward to discovering which players will be assigned to which table in Campaign 4’s concluding setup installment, available to watch on next week.
